My daughter and I had such a wonderful holiday living in this nice and comfortable Lavender Cottage. We like the colors of the walls, styles of furniture, artistic layout and design. The two story cottage is newly decorated, every piece of furniture is so carefully selected with its genuine quality. The whole system for hitting, water, gas, and electricity is very professional and advanced We also want to thank the house owner and his/her agency company, you are so generous and thoughtful. We even didn't bother to rush out for groceries on the first day of our arrival.

As soon as I arrived at Utopia I felt relaxed and in chill heaven, everything was absolutely lovely, a well equipped cottage with everything you would need to make your stay pleasant! The wildlife was fabulous including spotting Muntjac deer and lots of birds of prey. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was cosy too, it would have been nice to have had a shower but that didn't spoil it in any way, it was a very enjoyable, cosy stay and honestly didn't want to leave ! Loved the retro feel of the place.

We had a wonderful week at Arthur’s cottage. It was perfect for our little family with a two and a half year old and english setter plus grandparents. We had good trips to the beach, and the home to relax in the garden. Food stores were close and we also enjoyed a local pub one evening. Loved having Carl and Jenny on site, but not intrusive at all. We hope to come again sometime!

Amazing stay for two families to get together over New year. We wanted somewhere where we could go for walks on the beach together and this was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone with everything we needed and beds were extremely comfortable.

Amazing stop at the roost. Perfect cosy place with everything needed. Gorgeous views with a peaceful location but not too far away from aviemore and other places. So much to see around the area. Hot tub was amazing after a day exploring! Advert says no WiFi but you can connect to the WiFi next door and great signal!

What a superb property! Heidi Corner had everything we wanted to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and some. The hosts were extremely accommodating and extremely efficient communicators. The hot tub is set up so perfectly. It’s almost magical with all of the twinkly lights and just what we needed after some long walks on the beach. We took our German Shepherd too. I don’t think I have ever been to a more dog friendly property. The garden is super enclosed which is exactly what we look for when choosing a property. Heidi Corner is so close to the beach which was perfect to get straight out to with our poochie. We were also lucky enough to see seals on the beach during our stay. The local pub is lovely. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back again in the not too distant future.

Gorgeous cottage well fitted out for my family of 4 (2 children 9 and 6). Beautiful and very quaint local village vibe. Quality fish and chip shop, beach , tea room and supermarket all within walking distance. A peaceful break and very easy with our kids just what we needed from the big smoke .

S Rai Meadow Barn and Annexe - July 24

Lovely property. We rented the annex as well since we had eight guests. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked which was very much appreciated since we ate in every meal. It did not prove problematic for us luckily but just in case please be aware the room with two twin beds is on the ground floor at the front of the property. Overall really lovely stay, highly recommend.

Just back from a lovely stay at Heidi Corner at Winterton on Sea. Superb location, close to beach and great facilities at the cottage. Everything has been thought about.

Vicki S Coach House Marshgate - August 24

We enjoyed our stay here for the week. it was super quiet and our dog lived the outdoor space to explore and run about. The cottage was just like the photos. if staying in summer I would definitely recommend the fan in the bedroom as it gets warm during the night but the host kindly provides a fan. The WiFi is great so if you do need to do any work there's that. this was a great base to explore surrounding beauty spots and not too far from amenities. I would stay again and would recommend.

We had a fabulous holiday at the Dairy House,thank you . The photos of this house don’t do it justice - the garden is huge and has two lovely seating areas. It is so close to the beach and you can hear the sea against the shore at night. Minor drawbacks for us, purely because we have young dogs, people passing the property are visible from the gate ( something our dogs are not used to ) and a few helicopters and jets flew over which was also new for them. We did wonder how you could improve the house and concluded you really couldn’t. We can’t wait to come again !

Beautiful, clean and cosy house with a large and secure dog friendly garden. Great location for the beach and pretty village. The perfect spot for a relaxing break and lots of nearby coast and countryside locations for dog walks. Thank you for a lovely time. Would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful inside, beds comfortable, spacious rooms ,excellent value for money, location perfect near the beach shops etc, Immaculately clean, stairs are a little steep and garden is on the smaller side however these are minor things that cannot be changed. We had a great holiday and would definitely be booking again

Second holiday using East coast hideaway’s this time we visited Arthur’s cottage which is an amazingly spacious property the rooms are very large but are very comfortable, everything is good quality and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Arthur’s cottage is in a remote area making it so quiet and peaceful. The owners live next door they are very helpful and friendly. We loved our relaxing holiday. Vale Cottage is a beautiful large property spotlessly clean with everything you need. We enjoyed our relaxing week in Bacton, Vale cottage is very comfortable with large garden and drive. We visit family in Norfolk and they said this is the best and most favourite holiday home we have stayed in. They all wanted to move in. Thank you for a great holiday
