How much does it cost to list with you?
Our packages are tiered. They start at 15% for our basic package, and go from there. We’re completely flexible with our packages and what you need included too.
Can I co-market with other agents?
Of course you can. We’re not precious about that and never would be. We list on over 7 different platforms, exposing your property to millions of guests worldwide, but others agents may have a different reach and exposure, so why not.
Will I need to deal with the guests?
Usually, the answer is no, but that totally depends on how much, or how little, you want to be involved. Some people quite like it.
Do you take a damages deposit?
We do. £200 is held on a card automatically before a guest arrives, and released back to them 7 days later.
What makes you stand out from the rest?
Where do we start? We’re committed to handpicking properties that meet or exceed our standards – they fulfil everything we’d want from our own holidays. We review all our homes before they join our portfolio instead of expecting you to rely on fabricated reviews. We’re picky with our owners too.
What about pets?
We love them. We have them. We welcome them. Do the houses smell of them? Hell no. Do we force you to accept them? Absolutely not. Do we enforce a minimum amount of pets upon our owners? Err no. Do we charge for pets? No, there is no need to.
Can you provide cleaners, hot tub changeovers, and linens?
We can. We can either supply hotel grade linens to owners from our own stock, hire it in through our local supplier, or provide a linen replenishment service though our changeover staff. We use a local supplier of top notch housekeepers, who look after 75% of our properties, as well as carrying out spot checks on properties ourselves once a month. We can also take care of your hot tub – love them or hate them.
what if i don't live nearby?
Hand us the keys and let us run your home for you. Over half of our owners live away and are on our Fully Managed Package, and we’re more than happy with that. After all, it is what we are being paid commission for. Some agents charge a lot for very little – we’re not one of them.
