Just a few doors from the fantastic Fisherman’s Return pub and a short stroll to the stunning beach and rolling dunes – ideal for a long walk, a short stroll, or anything in between. About the property

This charming, traditional 4-bedroom cottage offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Norfolk.

  • Downstairs: 1 ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed, hanging space, and full bathroom with shower and wc.
  • Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms plus a cosy bunk room (ideal for children).
  • Storage: Each larger bedroom includes clothes storage, bedside tables, and lamps.
  • Dining Area: The dining table extends to seat up to 8 guests.
  • Kitchen:  The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and a breakfast bar. There is also a washing machine, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, coffee, and cleaning products.
  • Living Room: Enjoy the cosy ambiance of a real log burner, comfy sofas, open plan living, and steps away from the bathroom and bedroom.
  • Garden: The small garden enclosed garden is the ideal spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air, take a dip in the hot tub, treat the family to a bbq, or relax with a morning coffee.
  • Parking: Available on the street or opposite, next to the village hall.

Other Things to Note:

  • The cottage has steep stairs and varying floor levels, which may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
  • Stair gates are provided at the top and bottom for safety.
  • There is a £90 hot tub supplement included, so please do let us know in advance if you do not wish to use it, so we can drain the tub and reimburse this charge. 
  • Please note, as this is a traditional Norfolk cottage, there are low doorways – taller guests (6ft+) may need to watch their heads!
