Let’s get one thing out of the way: Norfolk isn’t short on dog-friendly holiday cottages. You’ll find plenty. But here’s the kicker — “dog-friendly” can also mean threadbare sofas, tired throws, and that familiar whiff of oh god, is that the rug?

That’s not us. Never has been.  East Coast Hideaways launched in 2021 with one goal: to do things differently. To offer proper, stylish, well-run hideaways that don’t sacrifice standards for the sake of a token dog bowl and a laminated instruction sheet.

So, what actually makes us different?

Most of our properties are dog-friendly, many allow multiple, and we absolutely get the whole “they’re part of the family” thing. But our homes? They still look damn good.  Think mood lighting, Sea views and statement throws (that aren’t 30 years old), hot tubs you’d actually want to get in, and linen you’d steal if you thought we wouldn’t notice (we would)

We’ve grown fast – and on purpose.

Since 2021, we’ve:

• Grown from 0 to 30+ properties
• Built a loyal guest base
• Designed our own brochures, hamper bags & marketing in-house
• Integrated with Airbnb, VRBO, Plum Guide, and TripAdvisor (and been honest about it)
• Personally built a sleek, modern website that doesn’t make you cry
• Grown a social community: 22K+ on Facebook, 6K+ on Instagram, and 43K+ TikTok views
• Expanded into Scotland, because why the hell not?

We’re bigger, bolder, and more recognisable than most agencies three times our age — and we’ve done it without watering down our standards or tone.

Our Ethos? Simple.

We only list homes we’d personally holiday in. If it doesn’t pass that test, we don’t touch it. We’re obsessed with cleanliness, charm, character, comfort, and an easy, joyful guest experience from start to finish
