About the property

As you arrive at the park, you will see signposts directing you to the Lakeside area and two designated parking spaces to the left of the lodge.

The lodge features a large wraparound deck providing access to the veranda from both the side and patio doors. You enter through a small utility room with ample storage space. 

The interior boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The lounge/diner includes a modern contemporary fireplace, free-standing furniture, a large corner sofa with an additional 2-seater, a wall-mounted 49″ TV with USB charging points, integrated Bluetooth speakers, and high speed internet. 

The fully integrated kitchen features stylish units and open-plan work surfaces with an island. It includes a range-style oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linen, fitted bedroom furniture, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and an additional TV and DVD player. The twin/double bedrooms include full-size single beds and wardrobe hanging space. The modern main bathroom features a full-size family bath, sink, and WC.

The private deck, complete with luxury outdoor furniture, serves as a practical outdoor relaxation area and a fantastic sun terrace.

Additional amenities include central heating, double-glazed doors and windows, superfast Internet, parking for two cars directly outside, and access to a well-stocked fishing lake. You also have access to an indoor pool, gym, adventure playground, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, crazy golf, and gaming area. The outdoor pool is open from 10th April to 5th September. There is an on-site launderette and mini-mart.

Please note:

  • The gated holiday park is especially appealing to anglers, with a variety of species available, including carp up to 40 lbs, and regular fishing tournaments.  
  • A rod license is required. 
  • A fishing pass is £10 per day, sunrise to sunset. 
  • If you wish to use the on-site facilities, you can purchase a pass from reception, upon arrival. The costs for these are: 3 or 4 days off peak @ £15 adult, £10 child. 7 days  off peak £40 adult and £25 child. Off PEAK 7 nights £25 adult £15 child. 
  • The park is closed mid January to end of February. 
  • Access to indoor pool, gym, adventure playground, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, crazy golf, and gaming area
  • Outdoor pool open 10th April – 5th September
